Qi Healing for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being 

At Qi Healing my focus is on helping you to feel happy, healthy and well. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, depressed or you're suffering from persistent health problems, pain and low energy levels, the therapies I offer can quickly help you to return to optimum physical and psychological health.  

I offer Quantum Touch and Reiki Energy Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Tai Chi Therapy, Tai Chi/Chi Kung (or Qigong) Classes and Indian Head Massage.  These energy-based therapies can be used singly or in combination to release stress and tension, feel physically fit and healthy, release negative emotions and assist in your spiritual development.

My aim is to help you feel good on every level - emotional, mental, physical and spiritual - so that you can achieve your full potential. 

I have various workshops & retreats coming up in the near future, as well as my usual weekly tai chi & chi kung classes in Ringwood, Verwood, Bournemouth and Ferndown.  I also offer private tuition, either for individuals or small groups, and workplace services for corporate clients. Therapy sessions are available in Ringwood (at the Natural Therapy Clinic), Verwood, Bournemouth and surrounding areas.
